CSTB, Scientific and Technical Center for Building
CSTB and MATERRUP Join Forces to Accelerate the Decarbonization of Construction.
A public institution dedicated to innovation in the building sector, the CSTB (Scientific and Technical Center for Building) engages in five key activities: research and expertise, evaluation, testing, certification, and knowledge dissemination. These activities are organized to address the challenges of energy and digital transitions in the construction world. Its scope of competence covers construction products, buildings, and their integration into neighborhoods and cities. With over 900 employees, its subsidiaries, and its network of national, European, and international partners, the CSTB group serves all construction stakeholders to enhance the quality and safety of buildings.
Materrup and CSTB have sealed a strategic partnership agreement for the coming years to accelerate the deployment of CCC© technology based on uncalcined clay, through an evaluation process adapted by CSTB. Having worked together for over 4 years, this alliance reflects a shared commitment to the international promotion of French scientific and technical expertise.
