The use of uncalcined clay cements and concretes is one of the strategies in our transition plan. Wood and other bio-based materials, stone and other geo-based materials, alternative steels and concretes, whether new or reused—all materials have their place in a low-carbon world. With this agreement, BNP Paribas Real Estate becomes the first developer to establish a long-term partnership with Materrup.
As part of this collaboration, five pilot projects have been designated in the regions: two in Aquitaine and three in Rhône-Alpes. These projects represent 81,800 square meters of floor space, equivalent to 700 housing units.
