✅ Over 81,000 m² of floor space for 700 housing units immediately engaged
In line with its low-carbon trajectory aimed at reducing direct emissions related to its activities and indirect emissions related to the buildings it constructs, manages, and administers, BNP Paribas Real Estate is partnering with MATERRUP to immediately decarbonize the projects undertaken by its real estate development teams.
💬 « With this agreement, BNP Paribas Real Estate becomes the first developer to establish a long-term partnership with Materrup. As part of this collaboration, five pilot projects have been designated in the regions: two in Aquitaine and three in Rhône-Alpes. These projects represent 81,800 square meters of floor space, equivalent to 700 housing units », says Olivier Bokobza, President of Development Activities at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
