We are very proud to have contributed to this landmark project with the supply of 72,000 MATERRUP Low carbon & circular cements low-carbon blocks, integrated into this major structure.
Our blocks are CE-marked.
They are compatible with all types of conventional masonry mortar — and naturally with our M10 low-carbon masonry mortar. They are also compatible with standard fit-out solutions: paints, renders, adhesives, linings and finishing systems.
This is one of the very tangible advantages of our CCC® technology, Cold-activated Clay Cement: drastically reducing the material's carbon footprint without changing site practices or restricting finishing products.
Put simply, as masons would say: it lays, it renders, it paints and it bonds just like a conventional block — but with far less carbon.
And on site, that's exactly what we like: a low-carbon product that doesn't make life harder..
Beyond carbon performance, this project demonstrates something essential: low-carbon solutions can be integrated into major, demanding, rigorously controlled architectural projects, led by the construction industry's leading players.
Congratulations to all the teams involved in this operation, and thank you for your trust:
