Sustainable Development of Soustons Place: Materrup Pavings

A family and nature tourist destination, the beach at Soustons marine lake has been rehabilitated and redeveloped to favor soft spaces and mobility in harmony with the site's beauty. 
By offering a sustainable, local, circular, and economical material MATERRUP 
provides a virtuous and aesthetic solution to this community, ensuring low-carbon developments.

The selected pavings meet the requirements of a large-scale project (1,000 m²) using #MCC1© cement, which allows for a 50% reduction in carbon, the same mechanical performance (XS1 C30/37 concrete pumped in place), the reuse of Landes clay waste, and a natural sand-colored bush-hammered finish without additional cost!
