More coherence for the parking facilities of the area: the MUNICIPALITY OF SOUSTONS has developed a parking and traffic sector for everyday spaces:
🏫 Adjacent public places: Ducret nursery school, museum of traditions and old tools, and music school
🏡 Socializing space and hosting events in the wooded park.
💪 Because offering parking can be synonymous with the environment, the MUNICIPALITY OF SOUSTONS has chosen to opt for innovative, local, and circular materials..
💪 Because offering parking can be synonymous with an improved living environment, the choice was made to prioritize permeable and aesthetic materials.
💪 Because making practical and structuring developments was not enough, the MUNICIPALITY OF SOUSTONS chose a sustainable development to make this very operational space more pleasant, virtuous, and aesthetic:
➡ 330 m² of MATERRUP Low Carbon Grass Pavers: permeable parking spaces that combat heat islands and flooding
➡ 235 m² of MATERRUP Low Carbon Compacted Road Concrete (BCR) x UNELO Eco-Roads: resistant and durable roads integrating, in addition to MCC1 cement, recycled sand from the Landes region
Thanks to MCC1 cement, nothing changes in implementation:
👌 Same performance and resistance as conventional concrete: resistant materials, including for heavy vehicles and firefighters
👌 Same machinery for application : no investment for our partners
👌 Faster implementation: accelerated commissioning
Always with our MCC1 cement:
🌍 -50% CO2 emissions
🌍 -50% energy consumed
🪙 Economical solution with French manufacturing (and from the Landes region)
♻️ Material derived from unfired clay waste in local circular economy
✨ 100% natural color
🏗️ Site: parking and roads /
Client: MUNICIPALITY OF SOUSTONS (Landes-40)
