In Maubourguet, the Lidl car park has had a complete makeover.
Permeable, brighter, and above all… low-carbon, sustainable, and circular. 🌿
Thanks to our signature grass pavers and our MATERRUP low-carbon & circular cement curbs, the site now features a surface that breathes, stays cool, and sustainably reduces its environmental footprint.
Low-carbon and much more :
👉 5 tons of CO₂ avoided, equivalent to 25,000 kilometers driven by a petrol car.
👉 22,216 MJ of energy saved, equal to 617 liters of diesel.
👉8 tons of natural resources preserved, the equivalent of 7.3 Renault Clio cars spared. 🚗
Behind these figures lies tangible innovation: our MCC1®️ technology, a cold-activated clay cement — multi-patented and certified.
A cement made without firing or kilns, low-energy, and produced locally from upcycled clay waste.
👉The result: a carbon footprint cut in half, 50% less embedded energy, and a truly circular economy made in France. 🇫🇷
Because making the right choices should always be accessible, our technology is also economically competitive.
t perfectly embodies Lidl France’s philosophy — “the real price of good things” — and aligns with its new momentum: “ça vaut le coup” (“it’s worth it”).
A big thank you to Lidl France for its renewed trust and commitment to more responsible and resilient construction.🌍✨
And this is only the beginning.
Our low-carbon range goes far beyond grass pavers and curbs: decorative concrete, roadworks, foundations, slabs, walls, landscaping…
By combining several of our solutions, a project can multiply its positive impact — both environmentally and economically.
