⚓ On the agenda: parking and hashtag#green areas, secure pathways for pedestrians and cyclists. A project funded 38% by the municipality, 33% by the Basque Agglomeration Community and 29% by the State.
🌿 The developments have been carried out like any other square, with our low carbon cement products MCC1®, our cold activated clay cement:
▪️ 132 m² of Minimalist grass slabs,
▪️ 120 m² of permeable paving.
By the river, the ground remains permeable: rainwater seeps in instead of running off towards the quays, and beneath the grass slabs and paving, the soil remains alive.
We provide the cement.
The low carbon is built by them:
THE TEAM

Thank you to each of them.
🎯SCORE
Carbon avoidance: 2 tonnes of CO₂ on the operation, compared to a CEM II cement. A local clay, derived from waste. Without a kiln.
Local authorities, landscapers, civil engineering companies: it's your turn to play!
