📍 In Mimizan (40), on the Plaine des Sports du Moulin Neuf, the facility is already in use by local clubs, schools, and the general public.

An exemplary project on more than one count: construction sobriety, energy sobriety, and carbon sobriety throughout the life cycle.

Our #LowCarbonBlocks make up its masonry envelope, in line with the project's ambition: the E+/C- framework of #RE2020, carbon level C1, and a target of <400 kg CO₂/m² of net floor area (SDP) on #construction materials.

The construction model is evolving, and #sobriety is the key: less carbon at the manufacturing stage, buildings that remain livable over time. Our blocks are part of this trajectory and, combined with our mortar, enable an even more virtuous installation across the entire life cycle.
