The second phase of the town center redevelopment is giving a new look to the Bizanos town hall square in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques..
And on the ground, one detail makes all the difference 👇
✨ The 30×10×10 cm textured, drive-over long paver by Materrup.
Used as a border along the exposed aggregate concrete, it highlights the project’s lines while reinforcing a modern and calming urban identity.
🎨 Architects, this paver is a true design tool: structure, deconstruct, play with rhythms and textures to bring meaning — and character — to your layouts.
But what makes this project even more remarkable?
The material at its core: our MCC1® cement, made from cold-activated clay ♻️ ♻️
➡️ Suitable for ready-mix concrete as well as precast, it cuts the carbon footprint in half without requiring any change to your production methods.
🧰 Precasters, join our network of partners:
• 💶 Same cost efficiency: no extra cost, no overdosing
• 🛠️ Same equipment: no investment needed, same molds, same presses
• ⏱️ Same production pace: same workability, same palletization at 24h
• 🔄 Same compatibility: with your usual admixtures, mortars, and coatings
In short: nothing changes… except your carbon impact.
MCC1® is a circular, aesthetic, and durable cement — to build cities that breathe. 🌿
