Saudi Arabia - in full transformation — ambitious, creative, and already shaping a future built on innovation and sustainability.

Julie Neuville, Chairwoman of Materrup : " 🌟 Back from an intense week in 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — and still processing the energy of what I’ve seen.. 🌟

Between the visionary discussions at FII9 FII Institute and private meetings with industrial leaders, investors, and major project developers, it was impossible not to feel the country’s unique momentum.

SaudiArabia is in full transformation — ambitious, creative, and already shaping a future built on innovation and sustainability.

The country is driving this transformation through Vision2030, with an impressive combination of long-term vision, investment capacity and openness to innovation. Today, Saudi Arabia stands as one of the most dynamic markets in the world for construction and building materials — both in volume and quality — and a true strategic hub for the MiddleEast. .

🤩 One of the most striking moments for me was discovering through Diriyah, both the UNESCO heritage site and the immense new project surrounding it — a bridge between past and future, culture and modernity. .

A real emotion, and a strong signal of what “building differently” can mean at scale.

💚 Beyond business, I was deeply moved by the open-mindedness, kindness, and genuine curiosity of everyone I met in the Kingdom. These human connections feed the spirit — and remind us that building a more resilient future will always start with mutual understanding and shared purpose.

For MATERRUP Low carbon & circular cements, this journey confirmed something essential: our cold-activated clay cement CCC is ready to scale in regions like Saudi Arabia, where abundant and undervalued clays can be transformed locally into sustainable, affordable cement — fully aligned with national diversification and non-oil growth.

After more than 500 construction sites in France, we are entering a new phase — bringing our model of circular, low-carbon and economic cement to the international stage.

Grateful for the connections made, and for the trust and vision shared by our partners, including Eurazeo and its CEO Christophe BAVIERE, whose support made this journey possible.

If your country or organization is exploring how to decarbonize construction at scale, let’s connect — this global transition is accelerating, and collaboration will be key."
