The CSTB has just validated the updated ETPM (technical data sheet) for our cold-activated clay cement. This is not a regulatory formality — it’s an independent and rigorous technical confirmation that proves our technology meets construction standards:
Validated mechanical strengths up to C35/45, Post-peak compression behavior, Creep and total shrinkage, Steel/concrete bond strength, Cold joint performance… Everything is on par with EN 197 standard cements. Harsh exposure classes are covered. Alkali-silica reaction compatibility is confirmed. Our cement is officially recognized as equivalent to a CEM 42.5 at equal dosage..

This evaluation provides project owners, architects, contractors, and insurers with a clear, independent, and demanding assessment of MCC1®’s performance. It confirms its workability, durability, safety, and compliance with operational expectations — providing all the necessary guarantees to move forward.

Fully aligned with Eurocode 2, this is a strong signal to all those looking to make change without compromising on the fundamentals of the trade, and without adding unnecessary safety factors.

And we’ve achieved this level of performance with a fundamentally competitive cost structure. Our raw material — clay derived from quarry waste — has little to no market value. This is not just an opportunity; it’s a deliberate choice. It allows us to offer a low-carbon, robust solution that meets market standards without added cost.
