MATERRUP Low-Carbon Cements and Eovest are proud to support the elected officials of the Sanguinet Town Hall in this flagship project of their term..
The "Cœur de Village II" project involves the construction of:
▪️ A preschool
▪️ A socio-cultural center that will house a new-generation media library and play area
▪️ A tourist information office,
▪️ Associative spaces,
▪️ An auditorium
▪️ A rooftop (terrace)
With a total area of 2,600 m², as well as a large covered hall of 500 m² with a kitchen.
🌍 The elected officials of #Sanguinet have chosen to incorporate an environmental approach into all phases of the project, from construction to delivery.
💚 This exemplary environmental project exceeds the thresholds ✅ #2031 of RE2020 for the preschool, thanks to the massive integration of bio-based and geo-based materials, including low-carbon and circular concrete masonry from MATERRUP, wooden frames, and cellulose-based insulation. The building will be comfortable and a producer of renewable energy thanks to the 365 m² of photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. . ☀️⚡
👏 Elected officials committed to a responsible future
The role of local authorities is crucial in accelerating the ecological transition.
By choosing low-carbon materials and involving local businesses, the elected officials are taking responsibility and actively contributing to changing practices.
🤝💚 They no longer just follow regulations: they anticipate them, drive a virtuous dynamic, and act for the common good.
Preserving our local dynamism and industrial sovereignty.
